Mission:
In art class, we will build skills in drawing, painting, printmaking, ceramics, and sculpture. We’ll learn how to think like an artist, talk like an artist, and act like an artist. We’ll learn from the lives of artists who came before us in history, as well as working artists today. We’ll gain a new awareness of art in our daily lives and the careers that bring us art. All the while, we’ll be expressing ourselves and finding our artistic voice!

Membership by audition. It is open to 7th and 8th graders interested in the genre of jazz music. Members will also be exposed to contemporary and pop music. This group will perform at concerts, assemblies, and festivals. Practices are typically once a week, after school.

Marching Band marches in fall parades such as the Pumpkin Parade.
Pep Band plays during a number of girls and boys basketball games.
